MICHAEL HAWKINS is a passionate disability advocate with over 10 years of professional experience, including several years dedicated to workforce development for people with disabilities. Based in New Milford, Connecticut, Michael partners with nonprofit organizations and employers to promote inclusive hiring practices and connect individuals with disabilities to meaningful employment opportunities.

Michael’s recent work includes serving as an Operations Support Specialist with Disability Solutions, where he managed outreach efforts to disability and veteran-serving organizations, coordinated national virtual career fairs, hosted bi-monthly webinars for job seekers, and maintained a network of over 10,000 partners.
