Our Mission

Innovating Inclusion was developed by Fox Family Foundation as a stackable workforce development program that develops the skills learners (with and without disabilities) need to dismantle biases and systemic barriers that routinely deny equal access to education, employment, and advancement.

What You’ll Do

You will be evaluating two modules and will be focused on:

  1. Career development
Did you learn about emerging fields and industries?

  2. Human-centered design
Did the content show you how successful ideas start from genuine human needs or problems?

  3. Entrepreneurial & Business Concepts
Were there tangible takeaways that you could apply?

  4. Representation
Did the content reflect a diverse range of people, shared problems and solutions?

  5. Real-world Relevance
Was the content timely and relatable?

  6. Ethical Reasoning
Did the content expose systemic failures, biases and trade-offs that leaders have to grapple with when balancing competing priorities?

  7. Universal Design for Learning (UDL)
Was the content accessible and clear? Was it diversified enough to meet your learning needs? Was the language inclusive?
