Video Description - Vision Fair

The title slide displays a blue header with the title Fox Family Foundation Vision Fair in white text with the Respectability and Fox Family Foundation Logos sitting on a white background under the title.

The slides cut into a view from an aerial drone, capturing video over the vision fair with upbeat rock music in the background. It then cuts into a montage of our mobile eye screeners and partner booths during the vision fair, followed by a few patients' having their eyes tested.

An aerial shot by the drone cuts through with another group of our booth partners and their logos being displayed.

The video then cuts to our stage and videos of our speakers from the sponsoring organizations. These include Akira Nakano, Event Producer; Lee Fox, Beauregard President; and incoming Board Chair, Seth Schalet from the Fox Family Foundation; and Ariel Simms, President. and Ollie Cantos, Key Note Speaker and Board Chair, from RespectAbility. Congresswoman Judy Chu, California-27, speaks and presents awards to the sponsors.

Montage of kid activities including a play area from Le Petite Bebe Soft Play, carnival games and crafting activities.

The music changes to a slow jazz melody over a drone shot of our four food trucks, a shot of Makapo Aquatics canoe, and the videos of our booth partners continue with their activities and resources for the blind and visually impaired community.

A segment of entertainers is displayed, starting with Straight Up Abilities Dance, Robin Olive, Director; Carlitos Gonzalez and Friends; Trio Hermanos Carrillo; Johnny Munoz, deejaybindope; and Sports and Recreation for the Blind with a judo demonstration.

A montage of our speakers for the day follows with Diane Quast, Project ECHO; RJ from Makapo Aquatics Project; Daniela Atenco, Project Insight Fellow; Nathan Clookie leading a panel from Foundation Fighting Blindness with James Immekus, Colette Kramer, Charlie Kramer, Adam Lawrence and Sheri Lawrence; Kristin Kumagawa, Asian Americans with Disabilities Initiative (AADI), a Goalball demonstration from Jose Luis Jimenez from Organization for the Physically Impaired; Randy Stevens from Boomers Insurance; Joseph Burton and Racquel Decipeda from Hearts for Sight; Richard Rueda and Lee Huffman from American Printing House; Dr. Joseph Cocozza and Dr. Carlos Lastra from the Southern California Eye Institute; Michael Richardson and Rochelle Houston from the National Federation of the Blind; Chester Hashezume from Asians and Pacific Islanders with Disabilities of California (APIDC); Ashley Rodriguez from ReelAbilities Film Festival; and Liz Pezone doing afternoon yoga.

The video shifts into mellow guitar picked music with Our Fox Fellows speaking on stage including Rostom Dadian, Event Co-Producer; Elizabeth Pezone, Accessibility and Outreach Coordinator; Corey Evans, Media Coordinator; Dennis Tran, Social Media Lead; Alex Hilke; and Roy Payan, Producer, Blind and Visually Impaired Exhibition.
