Claudia is a part of the Inclusion Catalyst team overseeing the Western Region. She is a recent graduate of the University of South Florida, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. From there, she completed the web accessibility courses at Deque University where she gained extensive knowledge about digital accessibility and its impacts on people with disabilities.

As a person who is visually impaired, Claudia has dealt with barriers to accessibility personally. This has fueled her passion in helping others who face similar challenges by encouraging innovators and designers to embrace universal design.
