Ms. Astolfi holds a Bachelors degree in History and Masters in Instructional Design (elearning development) - both from the University of Central Florida.

The quintessential ‘old soul’, Alexis can be found listening to music, somewhere outside, or baking cookies. She loves learning and trying new things, especially immersing herself in unfamiliar and challenging experiences.
