Christina is the Managing Partner at Blue Heron Collaborative. Christina has over 20 years of global experience working in various roles in learning and development, leadership and organizational development, team cohesion, and organizational culture. Her most recent role was working as an internal consultant for Genentech / Roche where she helped to architect the strategy and ambition for people and culture. She has over ten years of experience in the biotech field and she worked in consulting and learning development roles at Uber, McKesson, DHL Deutsche-Post, and Emerson Consulting. 

 

Christina is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified Executive Coach who focuses on positive psychology and strength-based development.  She is certified and has in-depth experience in a multitude of assessments and instruments including the Integrative Enneagram, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Brene Brown’s work on trust, just to name a few. 

 

• She graduated with a 4.0 GPA when earning her Doctorate of Education from the University of San Francisco.

• Her dissertation is on distance and online learning. She holds a Master’s in Career Development from JFK University where she was awarded a research grant for her thesis on Generation X in the workforce.  

• Christina graduated cum laude from Skidmore College with a double major in French and English literature.
